About Us

You will find Turner’s Maltese Home located in Bozeman, MT. We have been blessed with fabulous Maltese from some of the top Champions in the USA. Having owned many dogs over the span of our lives, we are convinced that the Maltese dog is truly the most magnificent dog on Earth.

Our special little Maltese puppies are raised for Show, Service Dogs, Therapy Dogs, & Pets. All of our dogs live in our house with us as part of our family and though they each have their own roomy pen

complete with a soft bed, Piddle Place, food, water, toys etc., they really don’t spend much time in their pens, and can normally be found perching on our laps or at our feet if we are doing errands around the house.

Each puppy has its own special personality and we love each one very much. To tell the truth, they are spoiled rotten. Many times we’ve had people tell us that when they die, they’d like to come back as one of our dogs. It’s very important to us to find homes for our Maltese puppies that will be just as loving as the home they were born in.

We start our Maltese puppies out the same way as they are intended to become special pets for special people. We train them early to be content riding around in a purse, which comes very naturally to the Maltese Breed.

The cute puppies for sale you’ll find at local pet stores or through various online channels were probably unethically bred from dogs who don’t get to play outside or snuggle in a warm bed. The truth is, they are bred in unsanitary conditions without adequate food, water, socialization, or veterinary care. In order to maximize puppy sales, female dogs are bred many times a year without recovery time between litters. Take a stance by choosing to work with us to minimize puppy mill sales and therefore, limit their unethical breeding practices.

We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy for unethical breeding practices. Shall we bark or point a little louder? We have ZERO TOLERANCE for puppy mills or puppies from backyard breeders raised without tender loving care, socialization, exercise, comfort and affection or proper veterinarian care.

When we brought our first puppy ‘Hope’ home, it wasn’t very long before we were back to add another. Next we added tiny ‘Bella’. We can’t imagine our lives without these precious babies. I’ve never had a dog like this before. They’re happy, healthy and truly do have the most amazing temperament. The extra effort this breeder puts into training her puppies shows. Our dogs were both potty trained and purse trained by the time we got them. Who knows? They’re addictive…we may be back for one more!

Jules is still doing really well. She is so good at taking baths, having her nails trimmed, and teeth brushed. You must have practiced with her.
